Since the division of medical labor is tiny, and put emphasis on the training of sub-specialarity, this makes most of the physicians ignore the importance of "holistic medicine" and lost the ability of holistic care. Therefore, the aim of the establishment of the Department of Holistic Care is to upgrade the clinical care of patients to the quality of "resident visiting staff" with holistic care concept. By holistic care, several problems(economic, mental, emotional, comorbidity, etc.) from the diseases in patients will be solved.
