我們致力於探討新生兒重大併發症之發育性病理機制，重點聚焦於新生兒壞死性腸炎 (NEC) 與新生兒缺血性腦病變(HIE) 之致病機轉與防治策略。結合臨床生理參數與分子生物技術，評估神經保護與腸道屏障修復之療效，藉由建立穩定之動物模型與細胞實驗系統，加上跨領域的實驗技術支援，探討細胞信號路徑在發育關鍵期的動態演變，為兒科臨床轉譯與醫藥研發提供優質的學術合作資源。
Our platform is dedicated to investigating the developmental pathogenesis of major neonatal complications, with a primary focus on the underlying mechanisms and therapeutic strategies for Neonatal Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC) and Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE). By integrating clinical physiological parameters with advanced molecular biology techniques, we evaluate the efficacy of neuroprotection and intestinal barrier repair. Utilizing stable animal models and in vitro cell systems, combined with cross-disciplinary technical support, we explore the dynamic evolution of cellular signaling pathways during critical developmental windows, providing high-quality academic resources for pediatric clinical translation and pharmaceutical R&D.
