- Suggested foods:
- Beans and legumes:red beans, mung beans, soybeans
- Fruit & vegetables:edible fungus, mushrooms, leafy vegetables, guava (without seeds), plum, papaya, bananas, oranges
- Starch:sweet potato, brown rice, whole wheat products, whole grains
- Drinking 2000-3000mL of liquid daily will help to soften the feces.
